Hair by Cindy works from a suite inside Lincoln Salon & Spa in Lincoln. Color is the main specialty, and the menu covers highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, toners, glazes, solid color on root ends and color corrections. Haircuts can be added to most color and highlight services.

Every new client gets a free consultation, which can be requested when booking. Color corrections are quoted at that consultation, since the plan depends on the client's hair, and the plan and price are agreed before any color is applied. Clients are asked to bring a photo of the look they want.

Appointments can be booked online through the Vagaro calendar, which shows open times and confirms right away, or by phone or email. A request can also be sent through the contact form without a card, and any deposit is handled once the appointment is confirmed. Prices shown online are the prices charged.

Opening times run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and on Saturdays too. Fridays are shorter, with the salon open from 9:00 am until 1:30 pm. Mondays are reserved for booked visits only, and the salon does not open on Sundays.

She starts each new client with a consultation on goals, what the hair can take and the timeline, and gives advance notice when a correction will need two sessions.

Women's, men's and children's haircuts, shampoo and blow-dry styling, conditioning treatments and scalp treatments. Women's haircut is $60, men's and children's are $35, shampoo and blow-dry is $40, conditioning treatment is $15, and scalp treatment is $55.
