Treatments include a customizable keratin smoothing service, a scalp detox that removes impurities and rebalances moisture, and add-ons such as K18, deep conditioning, clarifying or a scalp treatment. A consultation is offered at no charge to plan the services a client wants before booking.

The business lists hours from Monday through Saturday, with Tuesday and Friday running later and Sunday closed. Later evening and Sunday appointments can be requested.
