New clients book an in-person consultation before their first appointment. When extensions are booked, color needs are handled in the same visit. The business is currently accepting extension clients only, and event hair and up-dos are not a specialty, so those requests are referred to other stylists.
Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the last appointment at 4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Children may be in the salon only with a scheduled appointment, and kids' cuts are not offered. A no-show is charged 50% of the booked service to the card on file.
