Appointments are offered on Fridays from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM, and the studio is closed Monday through Thursday and on Sundays.

Every visit can start with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through the look a client wants. Balayage is hand-painted for a rooted, dimensional result and includes a blowdry, and runs about 180 minutes. Partial foil highlights cover part of the head, can go to the root, can be used for lowlights, include a blowdry, and run 150 minutes. Full foil highlights cover the whole head with the same options and run 180 minutes. New growth retouches use a single root color, either permanent or demi-permanent, for grey coverage or a change in natural color, and finish with a blowout over about 135 minutes. Color balance applies one solid shade over all of the hair with a blowdry and runs 150 minutes.

Booking requires a valid credit card on file. Cancellations, reschedules and no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee charged to that card. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period; anyone more than 15 minutes late is treated as a cancellation and must reschedule. Refunds are not offered, but problems reported within two weeks of a service are addressed with adjustments.
