The service list runs from a full blonding appointment that includes a haircut, toner, an optional treatment and a signature color, to single-shade root-to-tip color, face-framing highlights, grey-covering color and gloss treatments that can be added on or booked alone. Cuts include a shape-refining haircut and a haircut combined with a treatment. Extension services cover color-matched weft extensions in four options and removal for clients who are not putting extensions back in. Wash-and-blow-dry styling is available on its own or as a monthly membership.

The studio is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Thursday. New clients booking the full blonding service, highlight work, grey-covering color or a single-shade color pay a $50 deposit, while gloss, cut and combined cut-and-treatment bookings take a $25 deposit. Late arrivals more than 10 minutes past the start time without notice may be rescheduled, and no-shows and cancellations outside the 48 window carry a 25% fee. Removed extensions are held for six months and then discarded.
