Lightening is a major part of the menu. Bleach root touch-ups, all-over bleaching, and Platinum Card Blonding are offered, the last aimed at getting as light as possible in one session. Olaplex is used in the bleach and highlight services. Foil highlights come in mini, partial and full versions, and every highlight service includes a toner application. Because large color changes take planning, consultations are strongly encouraged, and they can include a test strand to see how hair lightens.

Cutting and styling options range from a 30-minute clipper or finger-length cut to a longer haircut that includes a wash, conditioning and a choice of dry or blowout. A dedicated curly haircut includes a custom deep conditioning treatment and a curl-specific brush. Keratin smoothing comes in two versions: Keratin Express, which lasts about six weeks with roughly eight hours of downtime, and Keratin Full Smoothing, which lasts up to five months with about 72 hours of downtime. The portfolio shows creative work such as babylights, airtouch highlights, a curly shag, a purple Neapolitan color, oil slick hair, and a shaved-head design.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 2 PM, Thursday noon to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM. The studio is closed on Tuesdays. Some services require a non-refundable deposit at booking, which is applied to the price. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, incur a 20% fee. A deposit can move to a future booking if a cancellation is made within 48 hours, but rebooking inside that window requires a new deposit. Card payments carry a 3.5% convenience fee that goes to the processor, while exact cash and Zelle avoid it. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are offered.
