Braiding is the core of the menu. Knotless braids, knotless boho braids, boho braids, box braids and boho box braids are offered in a range of sizes, from micro to jumbo, and prices depend on size and on whether the client is a child, a teen or an adult. Several knotless and boho styles list hair included in the price, and a Knotless Mondays option at $100 with hair included is booked on Mondays, with the duration varying by style.

Outside braids, the menu includes twists, locs, sew-ins, wig installs and braiding for men. A separate alopecia group covers crochet braids without glue, closure sew-ins without glue, wig installs, cornrows, braided ponytails and a range of braided styles with frontal options. Before booking an alopecia service, clients can take a 15-minute consultation for $50, or a 15-minute loc consultation for $35.

The shop is open 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday. Online bookings close 1 hour and 30 minutes before a session starts. Payment can be split into four through Afterpay or Klarna. A Year Round GQ Pass is a 12-month membership at $840 that covers up to 12 braid or twist services, with wash and condition included. Loyalty members earn points for booking, signing up, online spending and product purchases, and 50 points can be redeemed for a $50 discount.
