Prices are starting points and can rise with hair length, thickness and condition, and they are subject to change. A corrective color consultation is free, a general color consultation is $20, and a $50 smoothing consultation runs 30 minutes with the deposit credited to the smoothing service. Smoothing treatments start at $250 and usually take three to six hours.

Products include Davines hair care and Aloxxi color, and K18 can be added to color or perm services. Clients aged 65 and older have their own menu of color, cut, perm and styling services, and those styling services use professional-only products.

Booking is by appointment. The booking page lists hours of 9am to 4pm Tuesday through Friday and 8am to 12pm on Saturday. Cash, Zelle, and credit or debit cards are accepted, and Venmo or card payments carry a 4% convenience fee. A first cancellation on less than 24 hours' notice is given a second chance, while a second one is charged at the next appointment. Confirmed appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. eGift cards come in $75, $100, $200 and $300, or in a custom amount.
