Amber Herrin is a licensed cosmetologist with more than sixteen years of professional experience as a stylist. Her training includes the Pivot Point approach to haircutting, and she has worked alongside stylists whose education was shaped by TONI&GUY and Vidal Sassoon traditions. She continues to learn from experienced stylists in the salon and treats continuing education as a lifelong part of the work.

The salon is built around three ideas: the science of hair structure, chemistry and product ingredients; the art of precision cutting, custom color placement and seamless extensions; and the care of each guest through attentive listening and honest communication. Each appointment starts with a conversation about the client's goals, lifestyle and hair history, and includes dedicated consultation time. A 15-minute scalp massage is built into most services.
