Root retouches cover regrowth and gray at the root and do not include gloss or toner. All-over color is applied from root to ends with gloss or toner, and highlights and balayage also include gloss or toner. Combination services pair color with a haircut, and these are priced as varies. A standalone haircut runs 90 minutes and includes shampoo, a precision cut and a blowdry. Customized hair treatments are chosen during the appointment from options such as hydration, repair, strengthening, smoothing and reconstructing, and the keratin smoothing treatment takes about 180 minutes.

Appointments are intentionally limited so that clients can be seen on time. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 2 PM, Thursday 1 PM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes may incur a 25% fee. No-shows or changes within 3 hours of the appointment may be charged the full service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The portfolio includes color correction and hair extension work.
