Sew-in and weave options include traditional sew-ins, flip-over and full sew-ins, quick weaves, a sew-and-grow method that adds wefts for fullness and length, and micro links with wefts.

Relaxer appointments are offered as a retouch for hair relaxed within the last 4 to 8 weeks or as a virgin relaxer for hair never relaxed or not relaxed in about four months. Shampoo and style menus separate relaxed hair from natural hair, and a recurl service is available for hair only. Permanent color, semi-permanent brow tint and a botox-style smoothing treatment with no chemicals round out the menu.

New and returning clients can start with a 10-minute text consultation, sending a photo of their hair and the style they want. Most services need a $25 deposit to book, which is applied to the service price, and the rest is paid in person. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations may require a fee before the next visit can be booked. Appointment times are estimates that depend on hair condition and the service, and clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrival. Credit card payments carry a 2.6% surcharge, and returns and refunds are not given.

Pricing and timing are tied to hair length, density and condition, and some services such as permanent color and loc color begin with a consultation.
