Extensions are a large part of the work, including hand-tied, tape-in and combined installs, along with removal, reinstall and moveup services. Custom installs begin with a consultation where the hair is ordered and purchased. Smoothing options include a Brazilian Blowout in its original formula and a formaldehyde-free version, plus a CBD-infused smoothing treatment. Blowouts range from a shampoo and blowout with a flat iron or curling iron finish to a voluminous set on Velcro rollers.

A visit usually starts before the chair. New clients fill out a waiver form, and a 20-minute consultation covers hair history, goals, steps and products, with an approximate price quote. Consultations can also be handled by text or email on request. Deposits of $50 to $100 are required for most color services, and $150 for the Balayage Transformation. Cancellations within 48 hours, reschedules and no-shows carry a 50% fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show and charged the full service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday and closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
