The salon's hair services run from full-head color and foil highlights to subtle low lights, balayage, ombré, bold fashion shades, perms and body waves. Design wraps and special-occasion styling are also available, along with tape-in, beaded and sew-in extensions and wigs. Hair care is provided for women, men and children. The signature head spa treatment takes 60 minutes and includes a scalp analysis, a double shampoo, a scalp massage with hair oil, a steamed hair mask, an arm and hand massage, and conditioner, using Biolage ScalpSync and Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate.

Spa visits are built around hydrotherapy and relaxation. Guests can book a red light therapy sauna session, a halotherapy salt room, a mineral water hot tub in 15 or 30 minute sessions, a cold plunge, an ionic foot detox and combinations such as soak with ice or fire with ice. Spa robes and cushioned slippers are provided on arrival, towels are provided for cold plunge sessions, and swimsuits are required for the hot tub. Holistic therapy sessions are priced per person, can be booked alongside family and friends, and each session is private to the person receiving it. Monthly unlimited memberships are offered for the salt room, hot tub and red light sauna.

Massage is offered in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, therapeutic, couples, craniosacral, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, sports, trigger point and infant massage instruction formats. Prices are starting rates that vary by therapist and session customization, and HSA cards are accepted for massage. IV hydration therapy is nurse-led, with protocols ranging from Core Restore to The Apex Protocol, and IV therapy during pregnancy requires medical clearance. Professional teeth whitening ranges from an express session to a duo whitening and touch-up package.

The bridal and event suite hosts weddings, proms, bachelorette and birthday parties, anniversaries and couples nights out, and special occasion packages can include custom spa amenities. Traveling stylists and makeup artists are available for weddings and events. Bookings for these require a deposit, and an initial consultation is arranged by phone.

The building also rents private suites to independent beauty professionals. Suites are fully enclosed and lockable, with 24/7 access for renters and their clients, and rent includes utilities, garbage disposal, Wi-Fi and use of a washer and dryer. Renters keep their own commissions and choose the products they sell and use, and must carry liability insurance. Employees can also join the salon team instead of renting a suite. Independent providers set their own schedules and hours, and each handles their own gift card balances and redemptions.

The salon operates as a collective in which independent suite renters and employed stylists work under one roof, with hair services and wellness services offered side by side.
