The salon is the hair arm of the ARCA brand, which also sells haircare and skincare online. The salon describes its offering as premium, eco-friendly full hair service, and the brand takes its name and identity from the story of Noah's Ark.

ARCA's products use GENOL, a component the brand describes as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and supportive of cell regeneration. According to the brand, it is extracted from the bark of New Zealand-grown Pinus radiata pine, taken from the lower third of the trunk of 25 to 30-year-old trees using a deionized water method. The formula is developed with ARCAGENOL, a New Zealand company that researches and develops GENOL. The salon also promotes ENZOGENOL as a hair and skin detox service.

Perms run from a bang or down perm to restoration perm, with several named styles in between, and the cut is included. Scalp micro pigmentation, also called a scalp tattoo, requires a consultation before pricing, as do makeup and the groom and bridal party services.

Walk-ins are accepted but not guaranteed, since clients with online appointments are seen first, so booking ahead is recommended given limited availability. Some late-day slots may not appear online because services run long, and clients can text 213-723-8700 instead.

Cancellations and reschedules should be made online at least 24 hours ahead. Changes made inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and exceptions are considered case by case. Gift cards and product purchases are available through the online booking widget and the ARCA shop.
