There is a minimum hair length for every service: all hair must be at least 3 inches long. Clients whose hair is shorter than that in any area are asked not to book for now. An appointment made without meeting the length requirement may need to be canceled or rescheduled.
Thick or high-density hair, extra-long hair, and locs may take more time and product, and they carry an additional charge. Clients choose the matching add-on when they book, and the price is adjusted before the service begins.
