The studio aims to be a safe, relaxing space where clients can be themselves. It hopes each visit leaves them feeling refreshed and with a healthy glow. Its hours are set for early evenings on Monday and Tuesday and Saturday mornings and early afternoons, with the studio closed Wednesday through Friday and on Sunday.
Booking policies are set out clearly. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 30% of the service cost. Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late are asked to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
