The lash menu centers on fully customized sets, with each set planned around the client's eye shape, natural lash health, and the look they want. Options include a Korean lash lift with tint, maintenance fills, one-week mini fills, and lash removal. A free patch test lets new clients try a few test extensions on each eye for 24 to 48 hours, with traditional or LED extensions offered; the studio generally recommends LED extensions for clients who have shown irritation or may react to adhesive. The studio has a lash health rule that the fifth appointment after every four fills must be a full set.
Brow services include eyebrow threading, brow stain, brow lamination, and a stain and lamination bundle. Facial services include the Signature Glow Facial with dermaplaning, a dermaplaning add-on, and the Face Reality program. Face Reality begins with a required consultation and treatment, then regular retuning visits every two to three weeks, and the business notes that clients should plan to spend roughly $250 to $300 on products depending on their skin needs. Makeup appointments are available as a service or as a model session that is booked only by the artist.
Policies include a complimentary touch-up if a client reports a lash issue within 24 hours and books within 3 days, a $10 late fee at 10 or more minutes late, cancellation at 15 or more minutes late, a 50% fee for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and a 100% charge for no-shows. All services are non-refundable, and gift cards ($50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount) are final sale. A referral program offers credit to both the referrer and the friend they bring in.
