H2OHouse is located at 2360 N Clybourn Ave in Chicago, Illinois. Its services are grouped under scalp treatments, and each treatment is a 60-minute appointment.

The four treatments are Hydration Base, Ginger Qi, Camellia Season and NioXin Comfort. Hydration Base and Ginger Qi and Camellia Season are $98 each, and NioXin Comfort is $108. The salon says Hydration Base is meant to help with headaches and to remove dandruff and dead skin. It says Ginger Qi is meant to support scalp circulation and stimulate the hair follicles. For Camellia Season and NioXin Comfort, it says the exfoliation and massage steps help stimulate blood flow to the scalp, and in the case of NioXin Comfort, help reduce redness and itchiness.

Reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $25 per person. Gift card holders book online and pay that deposit first, and the deposit is refunded once the gift card is redeemed in store. Gift cards are sold in $100, $150 and $200 amounts, and the online gift card is listed at $100.

A simple blow-dry is included in the price of services. Brushes and combs are sanitized between customers, and clients may bring their own. The salon accepts cash and cards, and staff prefer cash tips.
