The business runs three locations. Pleasant Hill is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm, with shorter Wednesday hours ending at 6:00 pm. San Jose is open daily from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm, and Burlingame is open daily from 9:30 am to 8:50 pm.

Head care is the core of the business and is offered at every location. The menu moves up in steps. Beginner Head Care is a one-hour head spa treatment with a scalp analysis, a deep cleansing shampoo, and a massage of the scalp, shoulders and neck. Intermediate Head Care adds a moisturizing repair hair mask, and Advanced Head Care adds a facial massage and runs about one hour and fifteen minutes. Special Scalp Care is aimed at dandruff, oily scalp, itchiness, scalp buildup, eczema, psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis, and includes a Chinese herbal hair wash. Expert Head Care combines that scalp treatment with a facial and takes about one hour and thirty minutes. Prices differ by location: Pleasant Hill starts at $96 and Burlingame starts at $120, and San Jose lists the same tiers with Special Scalp Care and Expert Head Care also available.

Facial and body services are also offered. Skin Revival Therapy is a 90-minute facial meant to purify pores and moisturize skin, priced at $198 at Pleasant Hill and Burlingame. HydraLift Detoxification Therapy is a 100-minute facial built around a massage technique that works on the deeper fascia layer, priced at $240 at the same two locations. A facial add-on runs 30 minutes from $60. Body services include a 30-minute back treatment that targets pimples and blemishes from $60, a body massage from $60, and 30-minute hot stone massage and body scrub options. Korean herbal bath and body scrubs run 45 minutes without a hair wash or one hour with one, and a Korean water soak and body scrub with hair wash takes one hour.

A one-time membership card costs $59.99 and gives 20% off head care for five years. The card can be shared with friends and family, and members get an extra 10% off on their birthday, on top of the membership discount, under membership terms. Coupons apply only to Advanced Head Care, Special Scalp Care and Expert Head Care at San Jose and Burlingame. At Pleasant Hill and San Jose, 30-minute services are sold as add-ons only. Gift cards are sold and their balances can be checked online.
