Services fall into three groups: head spa treatments, add-ons that can be added to a visit, and hair services such as men's and women's cuts and blow-dries. The head spa menu runs from a 45-minute Refresh to a 90-minute Ultimate Head Spa Escape, and each one includes red light therapy.
Booking has a few set terms. Head spa treatments require a $50 deposit when booking. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged half the service price, but clients can reschedule within that same window instead of cancelling.
Every service begins with a professional scalp analysis, and the treatment is adjusted to the individual scalp and hair needs that analysis shows.
