H & D Nail Spa offers a broad menu of nail care, from basic and gel manicures to pedicures with massage and spa add-ons, plus nail enhancements such as Gel X, dipping powder, powder color and gel builder. Children aged 7 and under have their own nail services, and waxing covers the brows, lip, chin, sideburns and full face.

The pedicure menu is the centre of the salon's offering. Options range from a classic pedicure to deluxe and collagen spa pedicures with a choice of fragrance from the Deluxe Spa or Collagen Spa collections. The VIP pedicures add a jelly spa soak and a hot stone massage, and each includes a complimentary signature mocktail. The newest signature services are the Herbal Relaxing Pedicure and the H&D Golden Signature Pedicure, the latter the longest and most expensive option at about 85 minutes. Gel polish can be added to most pedicures for $20.

Guests can have a complimentary handcrafted drink, such as the H&D Hazelnut Latte, green tea or honey green tea, served hot or iced, along with coffee, soft drinks, water and orange juice. Seasonal alcohol-free refreshments rotate through the year, and VIP and signature pedicure guests receive their own selection. Private groups and celebrations may bring their own beverages, subject to local laws.

The salon asks clients to book appointments and holds each one for 15 minutes; after that it may be given to another client. A late arrival may shorten the service, which is still charged at the booked price, so later appointments stay on time. Services are reserved for clients, and children who are not being served must be supervised by an adult in the waiting area. Refunds are not offered. If a client is unhappy with results, the salon offers a follow-up appointment or a different technician for the next visit, provided concerns are raised during the visit or within 24 hours.
