Color consultations can also be done over text, and extension consultations come with hair ordering. Most color services include a haircut, and most color bookings made online need a $20 or $25 deposit, though some deposits apply to new clients only.

Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the business as soon as possible so they can reschedule, since a 35% cancellation fee applies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
