New clients usually start with a consultation. For color work, a free 15-minute color consultation covers hair history, inspiration photos, hair health, and a test strand when one is needed. Clients are also asked to fill out a consultation form and send photos of their current hair and the look they want, so a plan and quote can be prepared before the visit.

Quotes given before an in-person visit are approximate. Several services have base prices that rise with hair length and thickness, and the final price can change once the stylist has seen the hair. A complimentary consultation gives an exact quote.

The salon's menu spans color services such as single process color, root touch-ups, glosses and color correction, along with highlighting options from partial highlights to full head highlights, balayage, women's and men's haircuts, a girls' cut for clients under 12, and blow-dry and heat styling.

Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or in a custom amount. Gift card sales are final. Cancellations carry a 30% fee, so clients are asked to let the salon know as early as possible if they need to reschedule.
