Treatments are built around skin health and prevention, using non-invasive methods. Core Facial is a 30-minute maintenance facial with a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions or facial massage, a custom mask and scalp massage. Core+ Facial runs 50 minutes and opens with a comprehensive skin analysis to plan treatment, then adds enzyme exfoliation, a custom mask, facial and scalp massage, and neck work. Bespoke Facial is 90 minutes and is adjusted during the appointment for concerns such as acne, pigmentation, sensitivity and aging, with an optional advanced step, Oxygen Rx or microcurrent, chosen after a skin consultation.

Other facials include a 30-minute LED facial, a 40-minute microcurrent facial for lifting and tightening, and a 40-minute oxygen facial using Oxygen Rx. The studio notes that microcurrent results are best across a series of six to twelve treatments. Cellstory liquid microneedling is a 45-minute Korean treatment that the studio describes as an eight-step system with no needles and no downtime. Dermaplaning is also offered. Acne and pigment correction peels are available, but chemical peels are not offered to first-time clients, who book a facial with consultation first. For the back, Back Detox Treatment is a 30-minute session for back acne with cleanse, exfoliation, a purifying mask, extractions and high frequency, and a 15-minute back chemical peel is also offered.

Bookings are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday, and can be managed through Square; other questions go through Instagram DM or email. Clients receive a intake form by email before their visit, since contraindications vary by treatment. Before a facial, clients are asked to pause prescription retinol for five days, at-home chemical exfoliants for two to three days, and waxing or threading for three to four days. Afterward, active ingredients such as retinol, AHAs and BHAs should be avoided for 48 hours.

Packages are paid upfront and cannot be combined with other offers. The Monthly Perk gives 10% off a facial for clients who book one each month, and a skipped month resets it to full price. A client referral gives a friend $10 off a first facial and gives the referrer a $20 credit toward their next facial when the friend names them in the booking note. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment carry a $25 fee, and payment is made by debit or credit card.
