Appointments require a deposit, which is deducted from the total and is non-refundable. Client forms and waivers must be completed right after booking; if they are not, the deposit is refunded and the appointment is cancelled. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 18 hours' notice forfeits the deposit. Clients arrive fully washed and blow-dried unless they book the wash and blow dry add-on. Parking is plenty on arrival.
Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 1:30 PM, Wednesday through Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM. Payment is taken by card, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo and Cash App. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
For people who want to learn the craft, the business runs Stitch City Academy, a one-on-one masterclass lasting 300 minutes for $450. It covers the basics of stitch braiding and how to build a brand around it. The masterclass requires a $200 deposit and booking at least two weeks in advance.
