The nail menu runs from simple services such as nail fixes, soak-off removals and manicures without polish, through gel manicures and gel polish changes, to full sets. Full sets are offered in soft gel Gel-X, hard gel and structure gel for natural nails, with or without nail art. Monthly Nails are pre-designed sets, available as gel or Gel-X, whose designs change each month. Artist Freestyle lets the nail artist pick the colors and designs herself, and it requires a non-refundable deposit. Gel-X extra-large sizes cost extra, and nail art pricing depends on the design chosen.

Booking needs a debit or credit card on file, and clients confirm the cancellation policy when they book. No deposit is taken for most services. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late are treated as no-shows, and services may be shortened to avoid overlapping the next appointment. Gem or crystal replacements are available within 24 hours of a service, and gel polish fixes and nail fixes have a three-day grace period, which excludes chrome and foil work. The business does not offer refunds on nail or hair services, so clients are encouraged to raise any concern during the appointment. Cash is preferred, and cash tips are also preferred when paying by card.

For hair, bridal and wedding services require an inquiry before booking for the wedding date. Clients should arrive with clean, fully dried hair for styling. Clients may bring their own clip-in extensions, with a $20 installation fee.

Cancellations and reschedules need more than 48 hours of notice; changes within 48 hours, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the booked services. After a third cancellation, no-show or late arrival, clients can no longer book online and must pay in full for the next service. Anyone 17 or younger needs a parent or guardian present at the consultation. Phone numbers are used only for appointment and customer care texts.

The studio aims to help clients feel more confident about their appearance, from nails to hair for special events. Owner Gao is known for checking on nails after a service and inviting clients back to fix any problem.
