Hair services include adult and children's haircuts, blow-dries, color, highlights, glosses, perms, texture work and keratin treatments. Hair pricing is à la carte. Keratin Complex smoothing comes in a full treatment, which the salon says lasts four to five months, and an express version, which it says lasts about six weeks. The salon describes the Keratin Complex smoothing system as reducing up to 95 percent of frizz and curl.

Nail services cover manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic enhancements, nail art, repairs and add-ons such as OPI gel color and French finishes. Polygel nail enhancements, including sculpting, overlays, fills and extensions, are offered only with Emily. The salon recommends a Polygel refill every two to four weeks.

Eyelash extensions come in classic, volume and mega volume styles, with first-time guest starter sets and monthly refill memberships. Lash VIP memberships include two refills per month of the chosen lash type and are paid in the salon or over the phone. Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but they are not refundable and cannot be applied to other services.

Facials are built around Bioelements products, including a quicker fast results facial, a men's skin treatment and a customized blend facial that begins with a skin reading. Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, bikini, legs and back. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, head, neck and shoulder, and pregnancy massage, which uses pillows for support.

Some staff start at 8:00 am, while reception keeps official hours of Monday 11:00 to 8:30, Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 to 8:30, Friday 10:00 to 3:00 and Saturday 8:00 to 2:00. The salon is hiring experienced part-time stylists and massage therapists, and inquiries go to gwenspa@gmail.com.
