A visit usually starts with a 15-minute consultation in the studio, which can include an Aura 3D skin scan. The consultation reviews the client's history and ends with a written plan that also explains which treatments are not recommended and why. Clients can book and manage appointments through the Gwen Aesthetics iPhone app, where their written aftercare is stored. All medical aesthetic procedures require a good faith exam under California Medical Board and Board of Registered Nursing rules.
The menu is organized into injectables, laser resurfacing, facials, anti-aging, StemWave and memberships. Injectables include neurotoxin treatments using Jeuveau, Dysport or DAXXIFY for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, along with hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulators, and PRP and PRF. Laser options include UltraClear, AuraLux and Laser-Coring, and UltraClear packages are sold online. Facials range from the Glacé facial and the Epicutis Luxury Facial to chemical peels, microneedling and red light therapy.
Facial treatments can often be combined with injectables, with timing planned so healing is not affected. Microneedling and peels are usually spaced several weeks apart, and maintenance facials can be booked monthly. Payment plans are offered through Cherry and Affirm, with no hard credit checks on some options and 0% APR options available, subject to eligibility.
Prioritizes barrier-friendly protocols so results build over time without unnecessary irritation. Injectables are planned in proportion to each face with the aim of natural-looking results.
