Consultations can be booked through the website. Surgical and non-surgical consultations with Dr. Vallecillos cost $250, due at booking, and are non-refundable unless the patient cancels two business days ahead. Appointments require a valid credit card at booking. Cancellations or changes need two business days notice by phone or email; with less notice, a $150 fee applies to appointments other than consultations. Before any procedure, the surgeon meets with the patient to discuss goals and how to reach them. The office is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, cash and Apple Pay.

The office is out of network for most insurance plans, and cosmetic surgery is generally not covered by most insurers. The receptionist can answer insurance questions. Some functional procedures, such as septoplasty, can be done together with cosmetic rhinoplasty, with the patient paying the cosmetic portion. Patients can pay over time through Cherry, which does not run a hard credit check and lists some 0% APR plans subject to eligibility. Dr. Vallecillos also offers private financing. Example Cherry plans on the site show $555.56 per month for 9 months with a minimum down payment of the same amount, and $117.12 per month for 60 months; these are examples only, and exact terms depend on credit and eligibility.

Beyond treatments, the practice offers a partnership program for physicians and nurse practitioners that provides access to technology, mentorship and treatment space or equipment. It also offers Non-Surgical Aesthetic Training Courses and a Sociedad Privada membership. GVMD Skin Sciences runs a separate online shop with a curated skincare line developed under Dr. Vallecillos's guidance.

Each plan is customized to the patient's features and goals, starting with a consultation about anatomy and goals and sometimes combining surgical and nonsurgical options. Care is meant to continue beyond the procedure, with an emphasis on patient relationships and on meeting expectations at every visit.
