Appointments are booked in advance with a $16 deposit, of which $15 is applied on the day of the visit. The deposit is non-refundable. Clients who are running late have up to 15 minutes; after that the appointment is cancelled automatically and a new one has to be booked. If an emergency comes up, the appointment can be rescheduled only from the confirmation email received at booking.
The remaining balance is paid in cash, which the studio prefers. Paying by Zelle or card adds a fee.
