Lash services run from quick add-ons, such as colored or glitter accents and bottom lashes, to full sets and fills in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. A service called Gurlee freestyle is also offered, along with fills timed for upkeep, including a one-week mini fill. Lash removal is available as well.

Booking requires at least 24 hours' notice. A $15 non-refundable deposit is due at booking and goes toward the service; it can be used once more to reschedule if notice is given 24 hours ahead. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit. Arriving 10 or more minutes late incurs a $10 late fee, and arriving 20 or more minutes late means the appointment is cancelled and must be rebooked, though a fee may apply if the business can still serve the client. No-call, no-show clients must pay in full before rebooking.

Lash appointments need a clean face free of makeup or oils, and extra preparation may carry a cleaning fee. Some fallout is considered normal; excessive fallout reported within 48 hours of the appointment is fixed at no stated charge. Lash sets older than 2.5 weeks are not treated as fills, and fills are accepted only when at least half the extensions remain. Fills applied over another technician's adhesive are not accepted. After-hours and last-minute appointments are available on request. The online shop sells products and eGift cards, and gift cards expire six months after purchase.
