Packages let clients combine a scalp treatment with a facial, bodycare or foot service in one visit. Scalp treatments are recommended every three to four weeks for best results, and a scalp treatment is best scheduled a few days apart from hair dye to avoid irritation. Clients may bring their own hair products, and color-safe shampoo is available.

In a session, the scalp is massaged, cleansed and steamed. Scalp beds have clients lie flat for most of the treatment, with a small pillow on request, and foot reflexology can be done seated on a lounge chair instead. Hair is blow-dried afterward but not styled, and clients may blow-dry their own. Staff accept all hair types, including textured, colored, curly, weave, extension and dreadlock hair. All technicians are women, privacy is given during blow-drying, and a private space is available for removing a hijab, arranged so no men can see the client's hair. Men are welcome when accompanied by a woman. Scalp treatments include a wash, so some water and steam may reach the face.

For booking, each location uses its own platform where prices are listed, and the calendar opens on a rolling 30-day basis. Clients should arrive 10 minutes early, since late arrivals may get shortened appointments. Each person in a group needs their own appointment. Parties of three or more need a refundable deposit, and larger groups can email or message to arrange bookings. Children ages 8 and up are accepted. Some services, including bodycare, foot spa, specialized scalp treatment and facials, have fewer slots per time period. Payment is accepted by cash and Zelle.

Flushing is at 136-89 37th Avenue, within walking distance of many Asian restaurants and shops. It has metered street parking and a public paid lot across the street, and it is not wheelchair accessible because of a flight of stairs with no elevator. Bethpage, a newer branch at 3982 Hempstead Turnpike, is open 10 AM to 9 PM daily, has a complimentary parking lot, and is wheelchair accessible with advance notice. Bethpage also offers red light sauna sessions.

Treatments blend therapeutic scalp massage, a deep cleanse and warm hair steaming. The founders aimed to make high-level self-care available to everyone, not only a select few.
