A visit starts with a skin analysis, and a separate consultation is recommended if a client is unsure which treatment fits. Extractions are included in facials when appropriate, and most treatments involve little to no downtime, though some peels may leave mild redness or peeling. Clients are asked to come in with clean skin and to avoid exfoliation, retinol and other active treatments for two to three days beforehand. Facials are generally recommended every four to six weeks, and makeup is best avoided for the rest of the day afterward. Parking is available for clients in the Brio building.

Virtual consultations are held by email or by secure video call, and clear photos of the skin are requested beforehand. Each one includes an in-depth skin analysis, a review of the current routine, identified concerns, product recommendations and a step-by-step skincare plan. A first skincare order placed after a virtual consultation receives 15% off, along with one month of free follow-up. The business aims to reply to consultation requests within three days.
