Guerda Massage & Skin Care is a massage and skin care business in Wellesley Hills. It opened as its own spa in Wellesley in 2010, after its owner spent three years at Bella Sante, and it added esthetician Diane Welch to expand into skin care.

The massage menu covers Swedish/Relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, pregnancy, fibromyalgia and cancer-related massage, offered in 60- and 80-minute sessions. Hot stone sessions can use stones on the back only or be full-body, with heated stones also placed on trigger points such as the back of the hands. Pregnancy massage uses a customized table and is offered to pre- and post-partum clients.

Facials are performed with Darphin products, which are intended for sensitive and mature skin. The six named facial treatments address hydration, deep cleansing, anti-aging, radiance and hyperpigmentation, and run 60 to 90 minutes. Darphin products can be bought through the business, and it also offers the Control Corrective line through Diane Welch.

The business has two treatment rooms, both shaded and sound-proofed. The massage room has an adjustable table, and the facial room has a heated table.
