Primary care covers well and sick visits, follow-ups and established patient well visits. Family practice is available to adults 21 and older and includes weight management, routine check-ups, pre-employment physicals and sports physicals. Mental health care addresses depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression and relationship concerns, and some sessions are held by telehealth. Family practice and psychiatric visits must be confirmed by phone, and same-day appointments depend on availability. Insurance covers family practice, labs and some testing but not aesthetic or cosmetic procedures; listed accepted plans include Cigna, Carefirst, BCBS, Humana, Tricare East, Medicaid MD and Medicare MD, among others.

IV hydration drips combine saline with specialty blends aimed at hydration, energy, migraine, hangover, prenatal nausea, recovery and immune support. A 500 mL drip takes about 30 to 45 minutes and a 1000 mL drip about an hour. Vitamin injections, including B12, Vitamin C, glutathione and a lipotropic fat burner shot, typically take about 15 minutes. The business describes its care as top quality and provided by licensed professionals, and says its IV and injection care is overseen by emergency room board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners. Patients with a chronic condition, a new illness or a changed health history may need an initial telehealth visit before an infusion or injection. The GSI Glow and Go hydrafacial comes in Express, Signature and Deluxe sessions, and the business says it uses patented vortex-fusion technology. The practice also offers one-on-one NCLEX tutoring and a self-paced Clinical Medical Assistant program for $2,500 that includes the CCMA National Exam, with in-person labs for Maryland residents.
