The studio's process runs in four stages: a consultation covering hair, scalp, history and goals, then a plan, then the transformation, then maintenance. Extension services are designed around hair health, density, texture and lifestyle. It asks about thinning, visible scalp loss, wanting more length or volume, problems with past extensions, and custom color goals, and whether the client wants regrowth, fuller coverage now, or both. Quiz results point toward a solution, and clients then book a consultation to get a custom plan.

AlmaTED is a needle-free hair restoration treatment delivered with ultrasound, using a formula the studio calls TED+ Hair Care Formula. The studio states that AlmaTED is FDA-cleared as a Class 1 device and says it works best for early to moderate thinning or increased shedding where follicles are still active; it notes that dormant or scarred follicles give limited results. The series is three one-hour sessions, each four weeks apart. Every session includes a microbiome-balancing scalp scrub and steam. Session One is an evaluation and baseline with the first treatment, and includes a Beacon AI scalp and hair analysis and a three-month supply of NUTRAFOL with NUTRAFOL shampoo and conditioner chosen for the client's goals. Beacon AI analysis is repeated at Session Three. The studio cites its own clinical data and says visible changes can appear within about six weeks on the full protocol, continuing to improve for six months or more.

Pricing is set per session: Session One is $1,200, made up of a $600 retainer and $600 due at the visit, and can be reserved with that retainer. Session Two and Session Three are $1,200 each, due at the visit. The full three-session series is $3,600, and it can be paid in four payments. Maintenance AlmaTED sessions are $1,000 and are recommended once a year after the series. Homecare recommendations include NUTRAFOL and OBAGI clinical products.

For thinning that is not suited to AlmaTED alone, or for immediate coverage, the studio offers toppers and mesh. Full mesh toppers and pull-through fishnet toppers are chosen according to the stage of hair loss. Full mesh integration combines a custom mesh closure with a topper, and beaded rows can be added at the sides and back. Partial mesh integration puts a mesh base over areas of thinning or loss. Custom hair toppers are hand-selected and custom-fitted for crown thinning, hairline recession or patchy loss. Mesh and toppers can be worn during an AlmaTED series, with extensions covering the hair while results develop. Maintenance for mesh and topper solutions is every four weeks.

Extension methods include beaded rows with volume wefts, hidden bead installs with beads hidden under thin wefts, tape-ins applied with medical-grade adhesive for fine to medium hair, K-tips fused with a keratin bond, mesh methods, combo methods and curly hair installs. The beaded row and hidden bead methods use no adhesive at the root. The studio also offers corrections and removal for extensions that were applied incorrectly, cause breakage, or need to come out, along with a single-service Extension Consultation. Color work starts with a hair color analysis built into the consultation, which considers skin undertone, eye color, natural depth and lifestyle.

The studio states that it has 4.8 stars from 137 Google reviews, that it holds more than 20 certifications across major extension methods, and that it is a Redken certified salon with in-house educators. It also runs GROW/edu, which teaches stylists classes including AlmaTED Advantage, partial mesh integration and bellami hidden bead.
