Services are grouped into body, face, brow, lash and intimate waxing, plus packages and a couple of add-on treatments. Body waxing ranges from a quick underarm or stomach session to full legs and full back, and each service lists its appointment length so clients can plan their visit. Face waxing covers single areas such as cheeks, chin, lip and ears, and a full face option that includes lip, chin, sideburns, forehead and cheeks.

Brow work is one of the studio's more detailed areas. Options include shaping, which begins with a consultation that can be done by phone or in person and is included in brow waxing appointments, as well as tinting, partial or full brow lamination, and a lesson for clients who want to fill in their brows with makeup themselves. Before a lash lift, the studio offers a patch test at no charge for clients who are concerned about sensitivity or allergy.

Intimate waxing runs from a basic bikini and between-the-cheeks service up to a Brazilian that removes all hair in the area, where a strip, triangle or heart can be kept. Ritual packages bundle brow, bikini and Brazilian appointments with discounts or free visits when bought in multiples, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking on the services page.

Bookings require a credit card on file. Cancelling, rescheduling or missing an appointment within 48 hours is charged at 100% of the services booked. Clients have a 5 to 10 minute grace period, and late arrivals have their appointment canceled and are charged the cancellation fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Questions can be sent through a contact form on the website.
