Skincare services use only natural products, built around the Osea Malibu line. Facials come in three lengths: a 45-minute teen facial, a 70-minute facial adjusted to each client's skin needs, and a 90-minute facial with an optional back treatment and foot massage. Every facial includes a scalp massage, and the 70-minute version can add focus treatments for acne, brightening or anti-aging as needed.
It covers skin goals and which products and services suit the client's skin type. Waxing covers the face, brows, lip and chin, arms, legs, underarms, and bikini and Brazilian areas. Several brow and lip combinations include a tint.
Visits are by scheduled appointment only. Clients are asked to tell the esthetician about any allergies or medications, to avoid facials before same-day events, to keep hair at least a quarter inch long for waxing, and to skip lotions, creams and oils beforehand. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 1pm to 7pm, Wednesday 8am to 7pm, Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm. Phone (916) 405-0071, email hello@groveandbaker.com.
