The flagship studio at 1701 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 4 is open by appointment daily from 9 AM to 5 PM and offers massage, skin care, waxing, brows and lashes, nails and hair. Massage is also available inside Villa Royale Resort for hotel guests, and mobile massage visits vacation rentals, private homes, retreats and gatherings in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and Cathedral City. Villa Royale and mobile visits are booked daily from 9 AM to 7 PM.

A visit usually starts with a conversation. For massage, the therapist adjusts pressure, pace and technique to what the client needs that day. Body treatments begin with a review of goals, skin sensitivities and comfort, and pressure, temperature and product application can be changed during the service.

Couples and group bookings can be arranged at the studio, at Villa Royale or at the client's location. The business also offers wedding and group care at Villa Royale covering massage, skin care, grooming and restorative care for couples, wedding parties and guests, and qualifying Villa Royale wedding packages include a complimentary couples massage, with the resort confirming package eligibility and the business confirming massage availability. Phone and text reception hours differ from treatment hours, and same-day appointments are not guaranteed, so booking ahead is recommended, especially for arrival day.

According to the salon, each massage therapist carries their own individual insurance. The salon is firmly against sexual massage in any form, as well as exploitation and trafficking. Therapists are taught to stop a session if it turns unsafe or crosses a line, then file a report and are backed by management afterward. HSA and FSA cards are welcome here. Some therapeutic massage may be reimbursable, though that depends on the particular plan's coverage and documentation. The salon does not diagnose medical conditions and cannot promise that any claim will be reimbursed.

Treatments are recommended around each client's location, the local climate and their current needs rather than from a fixed menu.
