Clients can choose a style based on how much definition they want. Classic sets add length and darkness, hybrid sets mix single lashes with volume fans, and the volume, wispy and mega volume options use progressively heavier fans, from 4D and 6D up to 10D and 12D. The wispy and wet sets use narrow handmade fans, and those appointments run longer than a standard full set.

Refills keep a set looking fresh and are recommended about every two weeks. A visit counts as a refill when roughly 40 to 50 percent of the full set is still in place; otherwise it is booked as a full set. Removal uses a cream remover on the lash line to loosen the adhesive.

Clients who want the lift without extensions can book a lash lift, or a lift combined with a tint. Lash, brow and combined lash-and-brow tints are also offered, and the brow tint is customized to the client. Brow waxing is a short service for tidying the brows.

To book a full lash set, a $50 deposit is required. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the booked time are charged the full service fee, with few exceptions.

Lash styles are chosen to match the look a client wants, from natural-looking single lashes to fuller handmade fans, with regular refills to maintain the result.
