Returning clients keep enhancements in shape with fill-ins: a Gel X or soft gel fill and rebalance, or an Enhancement Refill timed about two to three weeks after a set. Some regrowth levels or set ages call for a new set and soak-off instead, and any shape changes or repairs are charged on top of the refill. Cracked, broken or lifted nails can be repaired without replacing the full set.

Nail art is offered in five tiers. Tier 1 covers simple, clean designs, Tier 2 is a custom set combining two to three design elements, Tier 3 adds four to six mixed art elements across all ten fingers, and Tier 4 is the most detailed, with seven to eight elements and full recreation sets. The Freestyle Set is designed entirely by the artist and is not customizable. Tiers 1 through 4 are add-ons to acrylic or gel enhancements, and clients may bring inspiration pictures.

Clients book online and can text or DM with booking questions or if a preferred date and time is unavailable. The studio runs a loyalty program that rewards returning clients with perks and upgrades. Listed hours are Wednesday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the studio closed Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

The studio says its aim is for every client to leave feeling confident, polished and flawless.
