Visits begin with a personalized aesthetic consultation, which is required for some treatments such as subdermal RF tightening. The practice is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Booking online requires agreeing to the appointment policies. Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours' notice are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full service price. Free consultation no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged $50. Appointments that require a deposit forfeit it if canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours, and any remaining balance may be charged to the card on file. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated and may need to be rescheduled, with the late cancellation fee applying.

Three treatment packages combine several services into a customized plan: the Core Correction Protocol, the Advanced Correction Protocol and the Rejuvenative Protocol. The site does not list package prices. A paid Rewards Club membership costs $99 per month, with that amount added to the member's account for future services and products. Members receive 5% back on purchases, 10% off dermal filler and dental corrective services, 20% off single laser services, 10% off retail products and 10 units of Tox at sign-up. The business also lists a complimentary branded T-shirt for members.
