The team includes stylists at several levels, from stylists to master stylists, along with master aestheticians, massage therapists, nail techs and makeup artists. The salon says its stylists vary in experience and education and work together as a professional team. Products carried include Aveda, Kerastase, Image Skincare and Environ.
Before a visit, new color clients and microblading clients need a complimentary consultation, which must be scheduled in advance. New clients and anyone booking a spa package pay a deposit, the amount of which depends on the service. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended. Prices can change with client requests or hair health, and clients can ask their provider for a total price before the service begins. Guests are offered fresh lemon water, hot cocoa or herbal tea during their visit.
Pricing starts at $25 for a men's cut with a stylist, $45 for a shampoo, cut and style with a stylist and $90 for a 10-minute color (roots only). Partial foil highlights start at $90 with a stylist and $100 with a master stylist, and partial foil balayage starts at $175. Two spa packages are offered: the Ultimate Indulgence at $350, which includes a 60-minute Swedish massage, an essential facial, a signature manicure and pedicure, a shampoo and style, and lunch, and the Lunch Day at Greystone at $495, which includes a 60-minute Greystone massage, a signature facial, manicure, pedicure, shampoo and style, and lunch.
Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, given by phone or in person rather than voicemail. Missed appointments without notice may be charged, and no-shows are charged the full service amount at the next appointment. Clients with two consecutive cancellations are no longer booked. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late begin at arrival and end when the next client arrives. The salon accepts MasterCard, Visa and cash, and other major credit cards carry a 3.25% fee. Retail product may be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt, if unused and in original packaging.
The team pairs stylists with a range of experience and training, and the salon works as one professional group across its hair, skin, nail and spa services.
