About

Gresham Electrolysis Clinic is an electrolysis practice in Gresham, Oregon, owned by Natasha Unruh, who is also the licensed electrologist who performs the treatments. Clients book on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Every new client has a 15-minute consultation first, which costs $35.00. Oregon rules require this visit before any treatment can take place. Face and body treatments start at $40.00 and take at least 15 minutes, and Brazilian treatments of the anogenital area start at $50.00 and also take at least 15 minutes.

The clinic describes electrolysis as the only form of permanent hair removal the FDA has approved. It treats hair on all skin tones, including tattooed skin, and hair that is blond, red, grey or white. Because results build over time, areas are cleared across several treatments spread over a period of months, and the number of sessions depends on the person.

Some hair cannot be treated at the clinic: hair growing inside the nose or ear canal, and hair growing from moles or eyelashes, which requires a doctor's authorization.
