Prices are set during a consultation. The final cost can vary with the stylist's experience and the time a look takes, which depends on hair length and thickness. According to the 2025 price guide, a short cut runs $40 to $75 and takes 30 to 45 minutes, a medium or long cut runs $50 to $100 and takes 45 to 60 minutes, and a transformational cut runs $60 to $110 and takes an hour or more. A bang or neck trim is $20.

Color services cover root touch-ups, all-over color, and foil and balayage work. Balayage is hand-painted to lighten without full foil placement, and color balance is applied at the shampoo bowl. Toner, which the salon also calls color balance, break the base, shadow root or glossing treatment, is $35 as an add-on. Guests with thicker or longer hair who need more than a 40g batch of color can add an extra bowl for $25. Express color lets qualifying guests leave with color on and shampoo it out at home, and it is not offered to new guests. A root touch-up kit to go is $50 and includes color, activator, gloves and a processing cap, without bowl or brush.

Lash extensions are applied with the Beam Light UV lash system, which cures a specialized adhesive using a low-intensity UV LED light. Classic, hybrid and fan or volume sets are priced from $160 to $210 and take about 150 minutes. Fills are $65 for a two-week fill and $75 for a three-week fill. For a two- to three-week fill, at least half of the extensions need to remain intact; otherwise the visit is charged as a full set. Henna brows are $50. They are a stain, not permanent makeup, and last up to a week on skin and three to four weeks on brow hair.

Booking uses a credit card on file to secure appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged 75%. Since January 2026, a 2% service charge applies to card payments for services and retail, but not to tips; cash payments carry no fee. Hair services are not refunded, but corrections and adjustments are complimentary for 14 days after the original service. Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The salon says it was a Readers' Choice winner in 2026.

The salon works in the Aveda product line and sets each service around the guest's hair length, thickness and desired look.
