Most manicures and pedicures include aromatherapy hot towels, gentle cuticle care, and a choice of regular polish or a shiny buff. Pedicures with a foot soak use a house-made Epsom soak, while the green thumb CBD pedicure uses a CBD foot soak and the TLC pedicure uses a pH-balanced soak with a seaweed exfoliation. Some staff hold Certified Master Pedicurist training. A dry pedicure is a lighter option that skips the foot soak and callus or heel care.
Booking is online only through the Boulevard booking system, for the current month and the next month. Clients need a credit card to book, and the salon is cashless. A waitlist is available through Boulevard with a Boulevard account. The salon does not accept walk-ins, phone bookings, or emailed booking requests, and it has no phone line. Clients receive automated confirmation and reminder texts after booking.
Clients must give 24 hours' notice for changes. Late notice within 24 hours of an appointment, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or a no-show incurs a charge of 100% of the scheduled services. Clients must be at least 10 years old, and children aged 10 or older may receive standard services. Eating during services is not allowed, though drinks in closed containers are. Gift cards can be bought online or in person and redeemed at checkout.
Removal of acrylic, hard gel, gel extension, and SNS or dip powder enhancements is not offered here. Anyone who comes in wearing a product other than soft gel will have the visit cancelled, and a late-cancellation fee may apply.
