For longer visits, Spa Journeys are multi-part day packages. The LED Recovery Massage pairs Swedish massage with Celluma LED light therapy and is $140 for 75 minutes or $180 for 105; the salon calls it a signature service and says Celluma light therapy is clinically proven. Reiki sessions are $110 for 60 minutes, $165 for 90 minutes and $220 for a 120-minute ritual. Couples treatments and group Spa Journeys are arranged by email through the Spa Manager.

Hair services are priced by stylist, with haircuts starting at $60 to $100 depending on who cuts your hair, and prices vary with hair density, length and products used. Partial and full foils and balayage are priced by stylist, and lightener retouches, platinum work and corrective color need a consultation booked by email. Bookings are made through the online system linked from the contact page. The salon has no receptionist, so calls go to voicemail, which is checked through the day and returned within three business days. Last-minute cancellations cannot be made by email and must be made by phone. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. The business says every new hire completes a paid apprenticeship, with its length based on experience and progress, and that pay is commission-based. It is currently hiring dual-licensed massage therapists and estheticians.
