Facials and massages range from short sessions to longer rituals. Several treatments use Eminence Organics products, and the signature package, The Grove Ritual, combines foot and bodywork, a choice of hot stone or intraoral buccal massage, a luxury facial and a supine head massage over 150 minutes. The package requires a $100 deposit.

Clients can choose from an intraoral buccal massage, which the spa uses for jaw tension and facial muscles, alone or paired with a facial. Other options include a diamond-tip microdermabrasion followed by an Eminence Organics treatment, a plant-based facial that uses cryotherapy techniques, and a men's facial. Upper lip and facial waxing use a soy-based method with a cooling lotion afterward.

Booking is by appointment. The spa is generally open Monday through Saturday, with shorter hours on Friday and Saturday and closed on Sundays. It occasionally offers appointments outside those hours. Card payments carry a 2.5% processing fee, which is waived for cash. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Eminence Organics products are sold at the spa, which hand delivers them within 20 miles, and they can also be ordered online through an affiliate link on the website.
