Color is the core of the studio, from multi-dimensional looks and blonde foil work to grey blending, corrective color and specialty pieces such as balayage and peekaboos.

New guests are asked to contact the stylist by email or by text or phone before booking, so the first visit can begin with a consultation. That consultation is offered at no charge for 30 minutes and covers hair goals, the process and costs. Haircuts run about an hour and include a shampoo, conditioning, a head massage, the cut and a style. Clients who want to keep their results going between visits can pick up at-home products during business hours and pay at pick-up. Gift cards are also offered.

The studio is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 7 PM, and Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with no fee at least 48 hours ahead. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled services, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full scheduled amount. The booking page shows 115 reviews.
