Beard trims are shaped to the client's preferred shape and length, and shampoo uses professional products. Hair styling includes everyday styles and formal styling such as updos.
Online Check-In lets clients join the waitlist and see estimated wait times from anywhere. It opens five minutes after the salon opens and closes at the latest 15 minutes before closing, and it may be briefly unavailable when the salon is busy. It works for all services except perms and formal updos. Clip Notes record technical details of past haircuts so any stylist can repeat a cut.
The salon also supports Clips of Kindness, which offers complimentary clipper cuts to people undergoing cancer treatment, and it offers haircuts for people with sensory or special needs with reasonable accommodations. Perms are offered at some locations, so availability should be checked with the salon. Senior and student discounts are offered at many locations, and the salon should be asked whether it offers them. Coupons are accepted at the discretion of each location and should be confirmed by phone. Hair donations for Wigs for Kids are accepted at participating salons, so the salon should be asked whether it takes part.
